ONLINE PRIVACY STATEMENT:
Please read this Statement carefully, as any use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all of our Online Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to this Statement. This Privacy Statement is part of, and is incorporated into the our Online Terms and Conditions. When you visit our Site we may place a cookie on your hard drive, that is, a piece of data that a Site can send to your browser, which is then stored on your computer. We may use cookies to customize your Site experience. As you visit our Site, our Web server also recognizes what browser you are using. We currently collect aggregate information about the use of our Site that does not personally identify you. Various parts of our Site allow you to submit information to us via e-mail. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who send us e-mail and the information provided in the e-mail.  

Security and Attribution.
The information you send us is stored on computers that sit behind a firewall to shield it from the Internet. If you are ever uncomfortable with reaching us electronically, you may instead use traditional methods of reaching us such as using the telephone, U.S. mail or visiting any of our offices (as long as the service is available through those methods). You should use them to provide information that is non-sensitive and non-confidential. We ask that you do not provide personal or account information through e-mail or request information from us that is confidential or sensitive. If you do request sensitive or confidential information from us via unsecured Internet e-mail, you need to understand that our response to your request will be by insecure Internet e-mail and give us permission to provide the information to you that way. As unsecured Internet e-mail is not secure, you accept the risks that your messages sending us information or our responses may be intercepted or altered. We strongly urge you not to use this means of communications with us that is confidential or sensitive. You may also contact us by phone, mail or by visiting any of our offices. Children's Online Privacy From our Site, we do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under 13, if we become aware that we have obtained it, we will delete it. Links to Other Sites Our Site contains hyperlinks to sites operated by third parties. When you click on the link, you will leave our Site and go to the linked site. We are not responsible for the contents, use, or privacy and security practices, and their terms and conditions apply. Please review the privacy and security policies of each of the linked Web sites you visit before you provide any personally identifiable information. Honoring Your Preferences CUSAG, LLC may send (or arrange for others to send) e-mails regarding surveys, focus-groups, promotions, and products and services offered by CUSAG or third parties which we believe might be of interest. You are not required to complete online surveys or promotions. If you do not want to receive those communications in the future, please contact us. Under our Electronic Communications Statement we may also send disclosures and other information periodically. Your consent to that Statement does not include an opportunity to decline to receive information covered by that Statement.  

Changes
We reserve the right to change this Statement from time to time, however, so you agree to check the Statement periodically to make sure you remain comfortable with it. Nothing in this Privacy Statement affects our ability to collect, combine, use, verify, retain, and report, including sharing with our regulators, information submitted in connection with the provision of products and services. We also reserve the right to do the same with information obtained from public sources or third parties, and other information that does not personally identify you, without reference to this Online Privacy Statement.

We greatly appreciate the trust that you have placed in us and we will continue to honor that trust by continuing to protect the privacy of all of our members and customers, including former members and customers. CUSAG and our subsidiaries and affiliates shall each adopt the same general privacy statement. How We Collect and Disclose Information About You In the course of providing you the very best service and the highest quality products, we may collect information about you from the following sources:
  • On applications, forms, or otherwise and from your transactions with us or others;
  • From your Internet usage if you visit our Web site.
  • From consumer reporting agencies;
  • From other parties, such as those that provide demographic information or other businesses transaction information and mailing lists.

In order to offer you useful financial products and services and to allow us to operate more efficiently, we may share nonpublic personal information we collect, as described above, about you or our former members to our affiliates and to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.
