Please read this Statement carefully, as any use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all of our Online Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to this Statement. This Privacy Statement is part of, and is incorporated into the our Online Terms and Conditions. When you visit our Site we may place a cookie on your hard drive, that is, a piece of data that a Site can send to your browser, which is then stored on your computer. Honoring Your Preferences CUSAG, LLC may send (or arrange for others to send) e-mails regarding surveys, focus-groups, promotions, and products and services offered by CUSAG or third parties which we believe might be of interest. Under our Electronic Communications Statement we may also send disclosures and other information periodically. Your consent to that Statement does not include an opportunity to decline to receive information covered by that Statement.

CUSAG and our subsidiaries and affiliates shall each adopt the same general privacy statement. From your Internet usage if you visit our Web site.
