Our Credit Union Consultants are experienced and dedicated professionals with extensive background in the Financial Services Industry having worked in Credit Unions and Banks. They bring the diversity of having been top performers at the executive level in both Commercial Banking and the Credit Union Industry. This diversity provides them with unique insight into the industry and the marketplace.

John R. Revilla
CEO and partner of CUSAG, LLC, John has extensive background in both the Commercial Banking world as well as the Credit Union Industry. John’s background in the Commercial Banking world was that of a Senior Executive for a 2.1 Billion Dollar Bank with responsibility for the commercial non-credit division as well as overall bank operations.

In the Credit Union Industry, John worked for a state league where he assisted them with building a new ATM Network and bringing a new expansive Debit Card solution to their Membership.

He later went on to be recruited by a New England Credit Union as their Senior Vice President with responsibilities for developing a new CUSO as well as second in charge of the credit union. He served as interim CEO prior to starting CUSAG, LLC with one of his colleagues. His time building the earlier CUSO convinced him of the need to bring affordable quality solutions to the credit union industry. He clearly recognizes the great importance credit unions play in providing local community Financial Institution solutions.

Eric Stanley
Vice-President and partner of CUSAG, LLC, Eric also brings an extensive background in the Financial Industry. Eric started his career in the Commercial Banking Industry where he became the executive in charge of commercial and consumer recovery for a Regional Bank. In that position he developed a comprehensive and highly effective collections and workout system that has proven to dramatically reduce delinquency and charge-offs.

He later was recruited to the Credit Union industry where he served as Vice-President in charge of Collections & Workout for a New England based CUSO. He took this opportunity to adapt his collection and workout system to the credit union industry. When the opportunity presented itself to become a partner of CUSAG, LLC, Eric recognized that he could best serve the financial community by making this unique collections/workout approach available to many as part of the solution based approach of CUSAG, LLC.
