York County Federal Credit Union: 210 Million
Good afternoon John & Eric!
Something about this time of year causes us all to reflect on where we have been and where we see ourselves going. Indulging in reflection this afternoon I am ever thankful that we joined into partnership with CUSAG back in March of 2011 to help with our collection activities. While we began with only a small part of our collection effort being moved to CUSAG, it didn’t take us long to migrate the full function to you. Though you too have had some staff turnover, efforts on our accounts never faltered and your new staff were trained professionals both quickly and efficiently—a feat we were never able to pull off here at the credit union.
Through the years your organization has listened intently to the collection needs and strategic direction of YCFCU and have been ready to face each expanding challenge with us. Our many requests for expanded services were greeted with positivity and enthusiasm. We have come to count on your staff as though they are our own and this is a result of how responsive they are to our schedules, needs and questions. Knowledge of our accounts and process, combined with open communication, makes It seems as if we are their only credit union. Having our “own” Collection Manager, Sara Lajoie, helps to facilitate a strong relationship between onsite staff and CUSAG. Sara is a true joy to work with and is always willing to visit the credit union to build relationships with our staff when we are hosting training.
Congratulations on having delivered on the promises made almost four years ago. Your organization understands credit union philosophy and makes an excellent partner!
